You hold the power to co-create the divine life you want by living intentionally. Your intentions are your memo to the universe and divinely direct your energy. Liking a tuning fork being struck, intention creates a vibrational space which is the present moment. When you bring awareness and energy to this space, you become open to co-create what you want in your life from all of the infinite possibilities of the universe.
You are connected to a field of divine energy that emanates from you. Intention gives your energy direction. By becoming aware and intentional, you open yourself to the exquisite space of co-creation. Like dropping a pebble into a pond, your intention sets off an energetic vibration that radiates outward from your heart center and shifts everything in its path. Your energy field is the pond and your intention, the pebble.
Your intentions direct your energy to the space between each thought, word, and choice. Liking a tuning fork being struck, intention creates a vibrational space which is the present moment or the “Now.” When you bring awareness and energy to this space, you illuminate the infinite possibilities in the universe.
When you illuminate the space with your intention, you co-create your reality. In this space, you can co-create whatever you want. When you do this from one moment to the next, you consciously co-create your reality all the time. This is living intentionally. When you live intentionally, you consciously co-create what you want rather than unconsciously let life happen to you.
Living intentionally can be challenging when you lead from your brain/ego which can only be in the past or future. There always seems to be a distraction whether it’s a thought, feeling, or compulsive behavior that takes you away from the present moment. When you are unintentional, you unconsciously direct your energy which leads to unconscious choices.
What if you saw intention as more than the words you speak or write when you want to create something? What if the “energy” of your intention guided every thought, word, and choice? In other words, you lived intentionally in every moment. Being mindful of the energetic space you create in any moment is key to being intentional.
Here are 3 Superpowered Steps to Living Intentionally:
- Slow down and create space between transitions. Be mindful of any transition whether it’s between one thought to another, one movement to another, or one choice to another. When you slow down, you can pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, and energy. It provides the pauses so you can become aware of every moment and what kind of energy you are bringing to it. Some of the spiritual practices that can assist you are: mindfulness movement, meditation, yoga, and breathwork. These practices all provide a sacred container for you to notice, observe, and become aware of your breath, thoughts, feelings, and choices in any given moment.
- Tune in to your heart and shift your inner dialogue. Silence provides a sacred space to consciously notice without judgment what you think or say to yourself. It allows you to be mindful of your self-talk which is your conversation with the universe. Your thoughts form the basis for your choices. Unconscious choices over time become unconscious habits. When you tune in, you can interrupt these automatic thoughts with gentle affirmations such as: “Cancel Cancel or Bless and Release.” This practice will begin to rewire your brain to create new neuropathways for conscious thoughts which lead to conscious intentional choices.
- Make Inspired Choices that Align with Your Intentions. Like spiritual breadcrumbs, inspired choices bring you closer to manifesting your intentions. Be open to such choices that show up in your life and sometimes appear from “out of the blue.” These choices create an even better outcome than you can imagine and align with your soul’s path. They not only elevate your vibration, but also the well-being of the planet and all its inhabitants. Each inspired choice you make serves yourself as well as others’ highest and greatest good.
Our intentions are more powerful when spoken or written but even more powerful when we become intentional beings, creating a conscious relationship with our lives. By living intentionally, we co-create the reality we truly desire, and in alignment with our soul’s path.
