You hold the power to co-create the divine life you want through your intentions and the inspired choices you make. Your intentions are your memo to the universe and divinely direct your energy. Liking a tuning fork being struck, intention creates a vibrational space which is the present moment. When you bring awareness and energy to this space, you are open to co-create what you want in your life from infinite possibilities.
You are connected to a field of divine energy that emanates from you. Intention gives your energy direction. By becoming aware and intentional, you open yourself to the exquisite space of co-creation. Like dropping a pebble into a pond, your intention sets off an energetic vibration that radiates outward from your heart center and shifts everything in its path. Your energy field is the pond and your intention, the pebble.
The universe doesn’t work according to a wish list. Your ultimate intention even if you are unaware of it, is your soul’s evolution. Soul intentions, come through your heart and support your soul’s evolution. They are divinely downloaded, empowering, and in alignment with your soul’s path. They originate from a whole, loving energy that knows you don’t need to be fixed, only supported to evolve to your highest potential.
Such transformation unfolds through unrestricted spiritual vision. This is why you have to trust your connection to your divine source, let go of trying to control all the outcomes, and allow your life to unfold beyond the limits of your mind. You must surrender any expectations of how life should be, and focus your intentions on creating how you want it to be.
Here are 4 Ways to Create Your Soul Intentions for the New Year:
- Create a vision of your life now, in six months, in a year, and in five years: Consciously connect to your soul’s path tapping into your heart through prayer, meditation, being in nature, or simple mindfulness. You can use a vision board, a manifestation map, or a large piece of paper and colored markers to create a vision of your life. Consider the areas of health, relationships, career and finances. Ask yourself: What are my soul elements, the things that matter most and are near and dear to my heart and soul in each area? Write down your vision using the elements from each area.
- From your vision, set intentions that align with your soul’s path: Write down at least one soul intention from each area. Here are a few questions to guide your intentions: What matters most to you? What are your non-negotiables? What makes your heart sing? Joyful? Inspired? Fulfilled? What is your soul purpose for being here? What kind of relationships do you want in my life? What kind of environment do you want to live in? What kind of health and well-being do you want? Be as clear as you can.
- Imagine your intentions as if they have already manifested: Close your eyes and visualize what your manifested intention would look and feel like in your life. Paint a picture of it and see it unfolding in your life. See the people, situations, and things that come in to support your intentions. As you go through your day, think and act as if your intention has already manifested. Observe your language and notice if it is positive and aligns with your intentions. If not, immediately catch and release the negative and replace it with language that supports your intentions.
- Select a word or phrase that captures your intention: Write them in your journal. Then put them on a Post-it note, and place them where you will see them. Each time you notice the word, say it to yourself or out loud. Be open to the spiritual information that comes through your awareness and into your heart to guide the inspired choices that will guide this intention into reality.

I agree with everything you have expressed Debra. Im living with intention, visualizing and manifesting all moments of love I want in my life. I put my order into the universe of what I wanted in a man, then put into God’s hands. November 30 I decided I will put to rest in looking for a man. Well guess what exactly 9 days later I received a friend request on Facebook from my now best friend and we have been growing in love for 1 year. It’s really a blessing that God brought us together. We have the same 2 best friends. Life is beautiful indeed
Enjoy your love filled day.

I love your suggested 4 step method, Debra. I’m working on my plan for 2020 and finding some activities are simply not feeling right. Perhaps with your method I’ll be able to drill down and find out what my Soul Intention is.
