When every human being embodies and expresses pure love, our world will heal itself. To support this transformation, we can consciously intend, affirm and express love in every moment with an open heart and with no expectations and as stress free as possible. So, every thought, feeling and choice must begin and end with love. We can celebrate each day no matter if the shopping lines are long, the traffic congested, or our interactions with people more challenging. All of these conditions which we deal with everyday can be handled by sustaining love, flexibility, and a sense of humor.
As we come to the close of this year, many of us who are deeply sensitive are dealing with compassion fatigue, This sensitivity to others’ energies can create feelings of spiritual depression and lethargy. So, It is important to reframe these feelings as a time of “deep rest” so that we don’t become bogged down in beating ourselves up for “not doing enough.” At these times, we must affirm that we are love and we are enough and give ourselves the restorative rest and relaxation we need. We need to let ourselves just be.
Love yourself and others compassionately, patiently, and without reservation. Let go of fear and any insecurity by trusting yourself implicitly. Practice loving-kindness and non-judgment especially with yourself. Be open to others’ perspectives, offer loving feedback when invited, and speak from your heart. Forgive yourself quickly and you will find it easier to forgive others.
Pure love unites, completes and fulfills us. Let your mantra be to sow seeds of love where ever you go so that you may leave it a better place for being there. Shine your light so that others may benefit. Most of all, celebrate life, express pure love and sustain the light of your being in all moments.
