Living a soul-hearted life takes being soulfully awake, aware and attentive a priority in your life. Conscious soul awareness is your intuitive ability to tune in to divine information that provides you with an enlightened more spiritual perspective on life. It’s connecting to the energy of soul through your heart center. Your heightened awareness bypasses logical thinking and sources through the pure energy of your heart, your soul chamber.
You were born with the ability to be an open channel of spiritual information. It is your divine nature. Although you may tune in to this energy differently than others, you tap into the same divine source. It’s not your ability which determines the extent to which you are intuitive, but rather how open and receptive you are. This receptivity opens the communication between you and your divine source through your heart.
You’ve experienced powerful intuitive moments when you’ve channeled information that comes directly from your soul. These divine downloads occur when your conscious awareness expands, your heart opens, time stands still, and you tap into the essence of your soul.
By expanding your conscious soul awareness, you access a greater wealth of information to support your spiritual growth and well-being. This means you sense, feel, and intuit what resonates with your soul’s path. You shift from viewing things simply in physical terms to seeing why things happen from a higher, enlightened perspective. You become aware of hunches, gut feelings, intuitions, multisensory perceptions, or divine synchronicities so you can co-create your life in alignment with your soul’s journey.
Like a spiritual GPS, conscious awareness assists you in navigating the events in your lives. Using it can feel like flying in an airplane and viewing the ground below. It allows you to step outside of whatever is happening in your lives with healthy detachment. From this inspired vantage point, you can experience the space of all possibilities without being attached to a particular outcome.
It’s easy and natural to be consciously aware and deeply intuitive. You see things from a multi-sensory system rather than a five sensory system which leads to a higher level of expanded awareness and sudden moments of clarity. When you are consciously aware, you can access the spiritual information coming through your heart, and act on it without reservation.
Here are a few sacred practices to make being awake and aware a priority:
1.Be a conscious observer of your life through mindfulness meditation and movement: Practice by going outside for a 15 minute walk. Do so without your phone as a distraction. Before you start to walk, stand on the earth and draw your attention down to your feet. Tap them lightly in place and notice how your feet feel against the earth.
As you begin to walk, notice that you don’t need to think about moving your legs. They know what to do so you can simply notice the rhythm of your breath in and out. Now shift your focus to your steps and how your body feels as it moves one step in front of the other. Observe yourself taking a step forward toward the future and then releasing your back foot, letting go of the past. The space between your steps is the present. Pay attention to this space as you walk and put your intentions for the day in this space.
Practice daily activities like cooking, cleaning, washing dishes, eating, shopping, walking, and driving with conscious awareness, participating in them with the intention of being fully present in the moment.
2.Practice conscious awareness instead of over-awareness: Aligning your mind with your heart creates a flow of energy which bypasses the over-awareness of the brain and allows you to intuit freely. Close your eyes and drop into your heart space. Close your eyes and place your hand on your heart center. Take a few deep breaths while inhaling and exhaling. Now visualize a pearl of while light in the center of your chest, in your heart center. Feel the divine light filling your entire heart space and expanding outward in all directions. As you move through your day, selectively tune into the energies of others or your environment. Like a telescope, zoom in on the positive energies and zoom out of the negative energies.
3.Connecting to Your Divine Source Meditation: Close your eyes, and visualize a stream of white light moving up from your heart and out through the top of your head (crown chakra). See the light energy stream connecting you to your divine source. Focus your attention on this stream of light energy like alternating current, picture a figure eight from your heart out the top of your head and back to your heart again. Now open your heart and expand your awareness to any information being divinely downloaded. Let any images, sensations, intuitions, or ideas come through you. Take a moment and write down what you experienced.
For example, one of the ways I know I’m in tune with soul is when new language comes in such as words or phrases I’ve never heard of before or new ways to see or use words. For example: “Aha” some, Soul-Hearted, Ab “soul” ute Trust. When have you had new language download recently?
4.Journaling Prompts: Sit in a quiet place and expand your conscious awareness through deep breathing, prayer, or meditation. Open your heart by touching it and breathing through it. Then, ask it questions. With practice, you will learn to discern the voice of your heart through physical sensations, an image that pops into your mind; a message from out of the blue; or a particular feeling. Write about what your experiences in your journal.
