Elevating your vibration is key to sustaining unshakable resilience in these challenging times. It’s easy to stay in high vibration when life is going as you envisioned. But, what about the moments when things are challenging, overwhelming, or your plans come undone.
Staying in high vibration becomes harder when life comes at you, doesn’t it?
I’m here to remind you that you are more than your thoughts or the physical circumstances that you find yourself. You are first and foremost, a vibrating, eternal being of light energy. Like a periscope in a submarine, you can lift yourself out of the lower vibration of human consciousness and elevate your vibration.
One of the guiding principles that helps me when I find myself going down the rabbit hole of lower vibration is: I am responsible for the energy I bring to every moment. When I come from my heart center, from love, my energy transcends. On the other hand, when I come from fear, anger or judgment, my energy descends. Just by opening my heart and exuding love, gratitude, or joy, my energy recalibrates to a higher frequency.
Here are 3 Sacred Practices to Elevate Your Vibration:
1. Open Your Heart & Connect to Your Source: You tune in to a higher vibration by opening your heart and connecting with source energy. This powerful source of energy flows through you—also referred to as light, God, higher power, universal energy, or divine intelligence. When you open your heart, you generate a high vibrational energy that brings your body, mind, and spirit into harmonic resonance. The simple act of opening your heart and expanding your energy raises your vibration and the vibration of those around you.
Close your eyes, and visualize a stream of white light moving up from your heart and out through the top of your head (crown chakra). See the light energy stream connecting you to your divine source. Focus your attention on this stream of light energy like alternating current. Visualize a figure eight from your heart out the top of your head and back to your heart again. Now open your heart and expand your awareness to any information being divinely downloaded. Let any images, sensations, intuitions, or ideas come through you. Take a moment and write down what you experienced.
2. Focus on the High Frequencies of Love, Joy, and Gratitude: Focusing your attention on love, joy, and gratitude elevates your energy to a higher vibration. Become aware of the energy you bring to every moment. You may not always know when you are operating at a lower vibration. But, here are some guidelines: When you are with someone or in a particular situation, ask yourself: Do I resonate with the energy I’m in? Do I feel good about myself in this vibration? and Do I need to change the vibration I’m in?
Taking time for your daily spiritual practices will elevate your vibration. Meditate, pray, walk in nature, and connect with your spiritual guides several times a day. The practice of gratitude plugs you into the high vibration of love and this is the anecdote for fear because where love exists fear does not. Like a short in an electrical wire, fear short circuits your vibration and zaps your power. The energy of gratitude amplifies your vibration from the inside not from something outside of you. It enhances your health and well-being and this energy ripples out to others. So, it’s important to anchor this high vibe energy throughout your energy field.
3. See the Positive In All Your Challenges: Look for something positive everyday even if some days you have to look harder. Dwelling on the positive things in your life elevates your energy. Pure experiences of awe, wonder, joy, warmth, inspiration, happiness, gratefulness, and connectedness–anything good in your life needs to be given focused attention. Doing so shifts your mindset toward the good things in your life, which, in turn, allows for a genuine resilience in your mind, body, and spirit.
Take a moment and reflect on a recent situation when you were faced with a challenge. See if you can elevate your vibration by looking at it from a higher perspective, finding the opportunity for personal growth in it. Journal the answers to these questions: Why did this situation trigger strong emotions in me? What energy did I bring to this situation? What do I need to heal or resolve? What is this situation revealing to me at soul level?
