We are constantly moving through transitions which are times of self-discovery, healing, and change. As a collective, humanity is experiencing a particularly intense period of transition leading to global and personal transformation. We are in a time of tremendous shift and an evolution of our consciousness at soul level. So, we must trust ourselves and what’s in store for our future, and move through these tumultuous times with lightness, love and a knowing that we are prepared. It is essential that we love continuously now and let go of more in our lives then, ever before.
You may experience transitions as chaotic, discombobulating, or disorientating such as misplacing your keys, getting lost while driving someplace familiar, or spacing out over the simplest things. In such a heightened creational space, you are vulnerable and may experience physical and emotional exhaustion. Sometimes, you may miscalculate and cut your finger, bump into things, or manifest a mishap just to ground your energies when you feel the grids that hold your physical reality together as you know it shift and move. For example, you may think you lost a pair of glasses, only to find them on the desk where they had been all along in a separate and simultaneous reality.
In letting go of one reality, you open to a myriad of new possibilities. This is the exquisite space of co-creation and is positive, no matter what it looks at the time.
When these physical realities shift, you can feel thrown off center, ungrounded, and begin to question who you are and what you really want. If you have defined yourself by our job, accomplishments, or relationships, this is an opportunity to discover your soul self and let go of your identity. Many emotions surface such as fear, sadness, confusion, and self-doubt. This is a good thing because these “Oh My God” moments will ultimately transform into “What’s next?” moments.
So, how do you navigate this tumultuous tide of transition where everything you have ever known is in flux? Remind yourself to hold steady, open your heart, and trust yourself no matter if you lose your favorite pair of glasses, your balance, your job, or a friend or family member. Use the elements of nature or physical exercise to calm and stabilize your energies. Even a shower can clear and restore our energy field during such stressful periods. You are in preparation for your future and are being given the amazing opportunity to change direction, clear your path of anything that doesn’t serve you, and set new intentions of what truly does. So, move slowly, with ease and take precious care of yourself and others.
